Many Dutch home insurance policies (opstalverzekering) cover sudden damage from storm, hail and lightning. Wear and a maintenance backlog are usually excluded. We provide photos and a report for your insurer; what is covered depends on your policy. Usually you may choose who repairs the damage yourself.
We plan the free inspection as soon as possible and send the written fixed-price quote after that. For larger renovations or extensions with design or permit work we give a first indication during the inspection and then the detailed quote.
