Our depot is on Hurksestraat 64 in Eindhoven. From there we cover the entire Eindhoven metropolitan area as our standard service zone. No travel surcharge, regular planning within one to three working days. For emergency roof leak response we drive within 24 hours, typically 2 to 3 hours during business hours.

Yes. Our team includes craftsmen who speak English fluently. WhatsApp communication, written quotes, insurance documentation and on-site explanations are all available in English at no extra cost. Just mention English-speaking preference when you contact us.
How does Dutch home insurance work for roof claims?
Most Dutch home (opstalverzekering) policies cover sudden damage from storms, hail and lightning. Wear-and-tear or maintenance backlog is usually excluded. Our written report with photos is accepted by all major Dutch insurers. Centraal Beheer, Interpolis, ASR and Nationale-Nederlanden. As proof or reasonable ownership. You have the right to choose your own contractor.
How quickly can you provide a quote?
For most projects: free on-site inspection within 1 to 3 working days, written fixed-price quote within 3 to 5 working days after inspection. For larger renovations or extensions involving design or permit work we provide an initial range during inspection and the detailed quote within 5 working days.
What if I am not home during the inspection?
No problem. Send a WhatsApp message with photos, your address and a brief description. We can often assess from photos alone and provide an initial cost range. For full inspection we schedule a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends on request.
Do you handle the paperwork with Dutch authorities?
Yes. Building permits (omgevingsvergunning), heritage area approvals (welstand), and insurance correspondence are all part or our service. For ASML expats and other internationals who do not speak Dutch fluently, we manage the entire process and explain decisions in English.
What warranty applies on your work?
Up to 15 years written workmanship warranty on renovations. 10 years on standard craftsmanship work. 1 year leak guarantee on emergency repair. Manufacturer warranty on materials varies between 10 and 30 years depending on product (EPDM membrane, ceramic tiles, lead flashing). All warranty terms are stated in writing in the quote.
